We're going on a Fossil Hunt non fiction book for children, by NZ primary school teacher Joan Joass.
" This book provides information on the nature of fossils- such as their formation, age, identification and uses. It is presented in an informal manner, particularly suitable for children nine to thirteen years of age.
The information presented is based on the author's background knowledge and experience gained after graduating with a BSc degree from the University of Auckland, majoring in palaeontology, structural geology and chemistry. "
