A woman's jacket, plum in colour with two buttons and frogging.
- As a decorative element: Frogging refers to the use of ornamental braided loops and knots (known as frog fasteners) to close a garment or simply as a design detail. These were historically used on military uniforms and later became a feature on civilian clothing like coats and jackets (such as smoking jackets). They are also a key traditional element on Chinese garments like the cheongsam. The decorative cordage can be functional or purely aesthetic.
During the 1910's the fashion was to wear a matching tailored jacket and skirt. The jackets were slightly defined at the waist.
